With a GP Practice Sharing their Care Records via a Care Record Data Sharing Agreement, PCN Hubs can see the GP Record of Traced Patients:
On the PCN Hub in a Consultation, clinician can expand the View menu on the left side of the consultation window and either click on All Records or the name of the GP Practice. When they do this they will be asked if the patient has given permission to view their GP Record:
Any part of the Shared Record (the GP Record) will have a red and blue symbol next to it:
This includes all parts of a consultation including medication, allergies and documents.
TIP
To make All Records the default view for all clinicians when they click on a Patients Record (in the Hub), go to CR Config in the Consultation window:
and select Sharing Navigator under Organisation Options and under Select the default shared care record view check All records:
