When an external organisation books an appointment into an EMIS PCN Hub, the organisation name is not displayed - only a generic name - Booking Organisation Telecom and an email and telephone number of the booking organisation. These details are displayed when hovering over a booked appointment:
Unfortunately Population Reports will not identify external booking organisations or the name of the person who booked it when using GP Connect. However you can run a report to show the name of the patients registered GP Practice - therefore identifying the booking organisation.
To do this create a Population Report using Consultations:
and in the report use the field Organisation Name of the Usual GP (Extended Services) of the Patient Details. This is located on the left drop down fields - Patient Details > Usual GP (Extended Services) - check Organisation Name:
Running this report will give you the booking organisations.
