If an EMIS Web Clinical Services Hub is servicing multiple PCNs, Organisation Groups is a useful tool to only allow GP Practices to book into their own PCN Appointment Book.
In this example a single EMIS Web Clinical Services Hub has created multiple Organisation Groups for each PCN and added their respective Practices to that group including the Hub too:
In the Hub, create an Appointment Book for a particular PCN. Using GP Connect filters, select the Organisation Group and Reserve all slots. In the examples below we see two Appointment Books for two PCNs:
When a GP Practice books via GP Connect and selects their own Organisation Group, they will only see their available slots and not the other PCN Appointment Book Slots:
